Jan Louise Arnhart (Stith)

On Friday, August 26, 2022, Jan Louise Stith Arnhart, a beloved wife, mother and friend, passed away. She was 68 years old. Born to May Lou (Kelly) & John Stith on July 4, 1954, in Kansas City, MO. She married Michael Don Arnhart on June 25, 1984. They were together for 38 years.

Jan succumbed to the blood clots that formed in her legs, moved to her lungs, a large blockage in her heart and 4 brain bleeds. After 3 weeks of surgeries and advanced life support tactics, her body finally gave out.

Jan was a wonderful cook, crafty- selling her wares all over town, motherly figure to everyone she came across, the best gift giver, generous, thoughtful, and a wonderful hippie! She will be missed by many but never forgotten.

Jan is survived by her loving husband, Michael Don Arnhart; son, Christopher Warren Arnhart; cousin, Gail & Terry Willis of Kansas City, MO; cousin, Jeff Woods of Kansas City, MO and many more family & friends. Special thank you to Becky Lobreto & DeAnna Smith for being the most wonderful friends, by her side every minute and a comfort to both Mike and Chris.
