Barbara LeAnn Feurt

Barbara LeAnn Feurt passed away December 17, 2024, at home with her loved ones in Covington, Texas.

She was born on a beautiful June 21st day in 1943, to Floyd G. Stout and Faye Arlene (Smith) Stout in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Barbara obtained her BA in secretarial science in Cheyenne Wyoming. She met, fell in love with, and married Donald Ross Feurt August 30, 1973, in Prescott, Arizona. Barbara worked for the state of Arizona highway department as well as Aiken County public library. She could often be found curled up with a good book, or out on the prowl for neat things to add to her 'I collect everything' collection.

Welcoming her into heaven are her husband, Donald R. Feurt; and parents, Floyd and Faye Stout.

Those left to cherish her memory, daughter, Ceres and Jeff Hall; sons, James R. Varela and Theresa, David and Lynne Feurt; sister, Nancy and Eugene Fogle; brother, Roger and Debbie Stout; grandchildren, Jeremiah and Sarahi McAlister, Faye and Matthew Graff, Daniel and Mady Simmonds, Jessie Varela, Amanda Trujillo; great-grandchildren, Julianna McAlister, Matthias McAlister, Nolan Simmonds, Emma Graff, Jaelee Trujillo; nephew, Troy Stout, Dirk Stout, John Fogle, Robert Fogle; and special friend, Holden Humphrey.
