Ann Birdsong, 75, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 28, 2016 following a battle with cancer.
Celebration of life: 2 pm Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Memorial: Donations can be made in Ann's honor to the American Cancer Society.
Ann loved crafts, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family. She was a top-notch hostess, and made everyone feel welcome in her home. Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Leta Stanley Powers and father, Walter Stanley.
Survivors: Loving husband, Jim Birdsong; sons, David (Donna Kay) Barnes, James Barnes, and Brian (Johanna) Barnes; step son, Keith Birdsong (Phyllis); step daughter, Kelly (Pete) Hays; brother, Gene (Evelyn Ann) Stanley; grandchildren, Jessica, Adam, Elizabeth, Teressa, Nolan, Ryan, Kara, Meghan, Kyle, Ami, Sarah, CK, Kaleb, Tiffanie, Ashley, Peter and Emily; great grandchildren, Zailey, Devlin, Penny, River and Harry; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
