Khalil “AK-30”, “King Khalil”, a funny, charismatic, athletic young man who enjoyed playing football, playing video games, riding fourwheelers among many other activities passed suddenly on August 7, 2020 at the age of 16.
Khalil was born in Arlington, Texas on April 1, 2004 to the proud parents, Joseph and Crystal Boyland.
Khalil was a Genuine Loving Soul who was born to stand out and definitely knew how to brighten a room. He enjoyed being a hunter and trapper and had just killed his first deer this past December. This sweet soul was his father’s pride and joy along with being a momma’s boy who accomplished many achievements such as being a good brother to his three sisters, an amazing, respectful grandson to his grandparents, a smart student who was praised and acknowledged by his teachers and a leader to his peers.
Khalil is preceded in death by grandfather, Floyd Eugene Boyland Sr.; grandmother, Vickie Ann Auberry.
Khalil is survived by father, Joseph Boyland; mother, Crystal Boyland; sisters, Cleopatra, America, and Brooklyn Boyland; grandparents, Tammie Myers, Josephine and Ed Watson, and Bobby Auberry; aunts and uncles, Floyd Jr. and Robyn Boyland, Eugen and Jade Boyland, Jeffery and Nikki Auberry, Charles and Kimberly Anderson and Sarah Hagood; cousins, Chase, Collin, Floyd III and Amaya Boyland, Ethan Auberry and Chance Anderson and many more loved friends and family.
