Mayriah Jo Brown, 18, passed away on December 25, 2016 at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Born in Fort Worth, Texas, she is the daughter of Robert and Robbie Brown. She graduated from Timberview High School and attended Midwestern State University.
Mayriah was lovingly referred to by her many nicknames including, RiRi, JoJo and even Pocahontas. Following in her mother's footsteps, #7 started playing softball at the age of seven and continued playing until her passing. She also loved to draw, ride horses, and spend time with her family and friends. Mayriah was known for her kindness, her giggle, her smile, and her killer screw ball.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Francies Brown.
She is survived by her parents, Robert and Robbie Brown; great-grandmother, Mae King; grandparents, Robert and Grace Greenwood; siblings, Robert Devonne Wilson and his wife, Dulce Velasquez, Kayla Brown, Oki Sneed, and Kortlyn Brown; several aunts and uncles, nieces, Giselle Wilson, Ashlyn S., Ryenn Sneed; many, many cousins and a loving softball community.
