Joni Burkhart

Joni Kay Burkhart was 48 when she unexpectedly passed away.

Joni was born July 20, 1970 in Breckenridge, Texas. She was a proud mother of two children, Kyle and Kellee Burkhart; two grandchildren, Braxton Lee and Jayde Elizabeth.

She spent her childhood with her siblings, Rick, Joe, Tony, Tammy, and Randy in Breckenridge, Texas.

She enjoyed shopping, going on cruises, playing bingo, and listening to music.

Joni was truly the most beautiful, one of a kind person you would ever meet. She would light up a room with her contagious smile and laugh. She was warm and always friendly. She was always positive, which could always uplift a soul. She was care free and the life of the party anywhere she went. She loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of them.

Joni is preceded in death by her parents, Braxton and Mary Nell Anders; former husband, Bill Burkhart; brothers, Tony Dan Fisher, Ricky Fisher and Randy Lee Anders; grandparents, Day and Imogene Mace.

Joni is survived by her two children, Kyle Burkhart and his wife, Shelby and Kellee Kay Burkhart; grandchildren, Braxton Lee and Jayde Elizabeth; brother, Joe Fisher and his wife, Vicki; sister, Tammy Fisher; cousin, Julie London; along with numerous other loving family and friends who will continue to cherish her memory.
