Marianne Busbee of Alvarado, Tx, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the age of 78.
Visitation: 6-8pm Friday, October 22, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home. Service: 1pm Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home. Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.

Marianne was an LVN Nurse and throughout the years she worked at Wolff and Marx in San Antonio, Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Dallas, as an Ophthalmology Assistant in Arlington, at Johnson & Johnson in Arlington, and Alcon in Fort Worth. In her free time, she loved gardening, bird watching, baking, reading, and traveling. She was also an avid sports fan and loved to watch her grandson dirt track race. More than anything, Marianne loved her family and all of her pets, even the strays. Her caring spirit will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Charlie Bell Wilkinson Evans; father, Robert Leonard Walker; sister, Kathleen Nuss; grandson, Aaron Trent Martin.
Marianne is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Joe E. Busbee; daughters, Brenda Gail Busbee-Aldert (Robert Aldert), Nannette Busbee-Heard and fiancée Robert McKinney, Gayla Busbee-West (Steve West); sisters, Charlotte Malone, Janet Copeland (Allen); brother, Homer Ray (Judy Evans); grandchildren, Matthew Keith Martin, John Michael Heard; nieces, Cashey Embree, Caprice Nuss; nephews, Tim Copeland, Brandon Copeland, Brad Palmer, Victor Nuss; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
