Carell A. Powell

Carell A. Powell of Fort Worth, Texas passed on December 20, 2023, at the age of 75. 

Carell was born in 1948, to Eleanora Polk here in Texas. He graduated high school and then served our country in the United States Army.  He enjoyed a career as a Barber.

Carell is preceded in death by his mother, Eleanora Polk; wife, Zelda Powell; brothers, James Batie Jr. and Clifford Powell.

He is survived by his daughters, LaTunda Powell and Twyla Powell-Walker; son, Rodney Powell; brother, Stanley Polk as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
