Service: 11am Tuesday at Skyvue Funeral Home 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd. Mansfield, TX 76063. Visitation: 10am Tuesday at Skyvue.
Billy was preceded in death by his loving Wife, Lorena "Kay" Clark in 2002.
Survivors: Brother, Patrick Kennedy (Denise) and their children, Aaron, Shayne and Kami along with numerous other loving family members and friends.
