Survivors: Girlfriend, Judith K. Wilson; children, Christopher Cothrum and wife Samantha, Justin Cothrum and wife Tricia, Mindy Cothrum and husband Frankie Diaz, and Aleshia Marcy and husband Jason; mother, Alice Cothrum; siblings, Rhonda Pack and Roydon Cothrum; three grandchildren.
