Grover Cross

Grover Floyd Cross of Burleson, Texas passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 31st, 2017. He was born June 2nd, 1941 in Humphrey, Arkansas to Grover Preston Cross and Ollie Cross. He married Betty Jean Cross on November 27, 1959 in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Skyvue Funeral Home in the Victoria Chapel.
Service: 2 pm Friday, February 3, 2017 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.

Floyd was a Master Electrician who passed his knowledge and wisdom of the trade onto his children. He loved gospel music and spending time with his wife and family. Family was the most important thing to him.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents Grover Preston and Ollie Roswell Cross

Survivors are his wife of 57 years, Betty Jean Cross. Son Aaron Lloyd Cross and wife Sherri; Preston Floyd Cross and wife Janet; Tony Cross and wife Brenda and Tommy Cross and wife Misty.

Grandchildren: Crystal Stephens and husband Casey and their children Cayden, Cannon and Cydney Stephens. Vanessa Cross and Butch Pullen and their children Caleb, Makayla, Kinnedee and Micaela.Wesley Cross and his fiancé Misty Thompson and her daughter Krista. Curtis Cross and his wife Kristin and their children Kelci, Camden and Katie. Kari Lynn Williams and fiancé Phillip and son Dalton. Kirstie Quinn and husband Justin and their children Mady and Ryleigh. Jordan Cross. Megan Seymore and husband Chris and their daughter Reagan. Alexis Cross, Layne Cross and Brett Shafer and their daughter Cammie, Parker Cross and Bailey Cross.
