Jerry Curtis

Jerry Wade Curtis, age 45, died on April 25, 2016 in Mansfield, Texas. He is survived by his wife Tammy Jo Curtis, mother Carolyn Joan Curtis, siblings James and Joy Curtis, children Haylee and Jackson Curtis, step-children Roger, Amber, Faith, and Destin Staley, grandchildren Cayden Curtis and Aden Staley, and numerous other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Wade Curtis.
Jerry was born on October 7, 1970 in Waxahachie, Texas to James and Carolyn Joan Curtis. He grew up in Mansfield. Jerry married Tammy Jo on June 16, 2014. He was a great family man and loving father.
Jerry enjoyed fishing hunting, and playing guitar with friends. He always had a smile and handshake for everyone he met. He loved people and would do anything he could to help anyone in need. His family and friends will always remember him his as a loving man who was always laughing and singing.
Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 4 at 10am. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3 from 6 – 8pm. All services and burial will be at Skyvue Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 7720 FM 1187, Mansfield, Texas 76063.
