Cindy is survived by husband, Jeff Quear; son, David Alexander Dalton; son in law, Ricky Cadden; daughter, Christina Ann Cadden, daughter in law, Nissi Dalton; step daughter; Brittany Bailey; brother, Dutch Wilkinson; sister,Debbie Hacker; grandchildren David Jackie Dalton, Reese Elizabeth Cadden, Norah Kate Cadden, Mason Junge, Brooklyn Bailey, Brooke Dunson and many more loved family and friends.
