Edd Clifton Weeks

Weeks, Edd Cilfton,   A resident of Fort Worth, Texas. Born on June 10, 1935 in Fort Worth to Thomas B. Weeks, and Lillie (Weeks) Mueller.  Edd passed to be with Jesus on December 4, 2023.  He was 88 years old.  He worked for Crown,Cork & Seal in Fort Worth and retired with the Fort Worth Transit Authority driving the bus for 22 years.

Edd is survived by his children Tommy Weeks, Caroline, and Marian, step children, Joy Herring, and Roy Beaver. His brother Lee Dingle and his wife Carole, and sister-in-law Janan Weeks.

He preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years Lillian Ruth Weeks,  his father Thomas B. Weeks and his mother, Lillie B Mueller, and sisters, Aileen Donavan and Peggy Ann Reyes and her husband Van Reyes.  His brother Richard C. Weeks

Edd was a long time faithful member of Crowley Assembly of God in Crowley.  He enjoyed reading his bible and studying it.  We can’t leave out the Dallas Cowboys.  He would say “How bout those Cowboys” Never would he miss a game, and the Texas Rangers how excited he was that he got to see them win the World Series before he left this earth.

A memorial service will be held in his honor for family and close friends on December 16th Saturday at 11am, at Crowley Assembly of God on Crowley Road in Crowley.
