Lateasha Joyce Ellis

Lateasha Joyce Ellis of Grand Prairie was born November 16, 1996 in Lancaster, CA. to her proud parents Ronald and Tippie Ellis.
Lateasha’s family moved from California to Texas in February 1999. Lateasha attended J.O. Davis in Irving, TX. In 2004 her family relocated to Grand Prairie, TX there she attended Farrell Elementary, Barnett Jr. High, Timberview High and Christian Life Skills Academy.
Some of Lateasha’s grade school activities included gymnastics, soccer and playing the oboe. As a young adult Lateasha has held positions such as: a customer service rep, a daycare assistant and a wheel chair attendant.
Lateasha gave birth to her daughter Elizabeth Ellis on July 5, 2017 in Fort Worth, TX. Lateasha and Elizabeth enjoyed watching movies, playing games and going out to swing. Lateasha had a bubbly personality, and a heart of gold. She will be truly missed by all her family and friends.
Elizabeth’s words to her Mom “ I love you so much, I am sad you are not here with me, but I know you are in heaven watching over me. I will miss you and love you forever.”
