Robert Ely, 63, passed on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015.
Memorial service: Noon Friday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Robert entered the Army on Aug. 27, 1973 and received the Rank of PFC. After spending 2 years and 9 months with the Army he received a Honorable discharge, with the National Defense Service Medal on May 27, 1973. Robert was a member of Burleson Masonic Lodge #649. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ely.
Survivors: Sons, Reggie Ely, Jeffrey Ely and William Ely; daughter, Lorelei Ely; father, Van L. Ely; sisters, Patricia Satterfield, M. Grammer, and Mary Tune; and granddaughter, Ashleigh Ely.
