Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Starlyt Ewton, father, Norban Ewton and sister, Peggy Fincher.
Survivors: Children, Sandra McCleskey, Chris Baggett, Charlie Ewton, Mandy Patterson; mother, Joyce Ewton; siblings, Dennis Ewton and Carolyn Pollard; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
