Michael Dean Flath, of Midlothian, Texas, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the age of 56.
Michael was born on May 18, 1965 to Wilhelmina Davidson Miller and Archie Flath in California. He eventually relocated to Midlothian, Texas where he married Caroline Simmons Flath on June 28, 1986.
Throughout his life he worked as an airplane mechanic and in aerospace manufacturing for Lockheed Martin and Triumph. In his free time he enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports, water sports, nascar, camping and traveling.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Archie Flath and Wilhelmina Davidson; Wayne Follett.
Michael is survived by his wife, Caroline Flath; sons, Kevin and Courtney Flath of Midlothian, Texas, Brent and Erin Flath of Midlothian, Texas; brothers, Jim and Betsi Flath of Waco, Texas, Johnny and Beverly Simmons of Memphis, Tennessee; sister, Veronica and Steve Veltman of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Ryker Flath, Drake Flath, Cruz Flath, Stella Flath; nieces, Sarah Little, Liz Price, Melissa Flath, Cristal Simmons; nephews, Camerin and Chris Simmons, Matthew Gibbons, Caleb Kimbrel; and numerous other family members and friends.
