Rachel was born on August 26, 1945 in San Jose, California to Gabriel Lopez and Juanita Ortiz.
She is survived by her sons, Juan, Eusebio, David, Willie; daughters, Brenda, Margie, Rosie, Juanita, Jessica, Maria, Ashley; two brothers, three sisters, 30 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
