Concetta "Connie" Hanson Ramos-Moore passed away Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hanson.
Survivors: Spouse, Charlie Moore; daughter, Misty Ramos (Brandi Sauceda); sons, Daniel Hanson, and Chuck Moore; mother, Barbara Cadran and husband, Douglas; sisters, Bunny Pack and husband, John, and Tammye Tarver (Melanie Saunders); grandmother, Gloria Robertson; grandchildren, Alicia, Paige, Emily, Blake, and Zack Hanson, Coby, Heidi, Hailey, Natalie and Mason Moore; great-grandson, Gatlynn Leach; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
