Therman Harris was born
November 23, 1922 in Mansfield,
Texas to the parentage of Mr.
and Mrs. Andy and Ora Harris. Therman Harris matriculated through the Mansfield Independent School District under the auspice of Thelma Louise Jones. Therman accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour at an early age under the Leadership of Reverend C. C. Carson. Therman Harris had a passion for fine motor vehicles. He
enjoyed the game of Baseball. At an early age he participated in baseball at various neighborhood recreational functions. Therman was drafted into the army at an early age whereby he served honorable until his discharge.
Therman was married 60 years to Sammy Irene and she preceded him in death.
Survivors: children, Beverly Brooks, Winfred Smith, Thurman Smith, and Janice Williams; niece, Brenda (Norman) Norwood; and a host of grandchildren, great nieces, great
nephews, other family, and friends.
