Richard Warren Haskell was born on October 21, 1941, in San Antonio, Texas. Richard wore many hats, including the hat of a Papa and a father. In his younger years, Richard wore the hat of a DJ – DJ Ron Stevens of DFW. He brought music and laughter to many in this role. Before retirement, Richard worked as an electrical engineer, earning his Master Electrician License. In his retirement, he enjoyed driving a school bus for special needs children.

Richard loved the Lord. One of his most cherished memories is leading each of his children to the Lord. Richard also loved his wife of 50 years, Mary. He loved to laugh, and he loved his family.
