He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayman Cleo Head, Effie Head; siblings, Marnie Head, Ralph Head, Rosie Bell Head.
He is survived by his son, Steven Head; daughter, Toni Sluder; grandchildren, Erika Head, Tina Rodarte and David, Steven Jake Head and Nan, Meagan Head, and many more great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
