Barbara was born December 14, 1956 in Manhattan Kansas. She is preceded in death by father, Locker Hornsby; sister, Debbie Van Sandt. She is survived by husband, Dennis Hendrix; mother, Ruby Smith; sons, Preston and Wife Betty Malloy Hendrix and Aaron and wife Lisa Hendrix; sister, Tina and husband Terry Farquhar; grandchildren, Jocelyn and Harleigh Hendrix and many more loved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.
