Christopher A. "Chris" Hingst

Christopher (Chris) A. Hingst, 44 was peacefully taken to heaven on Monday, August 31, 2020.
Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday September 3, 2020, at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Memorials: In lieu of flower donations can be made to Life Church, Fort Worth, in Chris's memory . Checks can be made payable to "Life Church Fort Worth" with Local & Global Missions.
Chris was born in Wichita, Kansas. He was the oldest of 7 children. He graduated from Valley Center High School in 1995. He moved to Texas after graduating, and started his own construction business.
He had 2 children, Austin and Audrey of Fort Worth, whom he shared with his former spouse. He loved his children very much, and enjoyed spending time with them.
He was known for his kind and giving heart, witty sense of humor, his smile, and he was a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Elmer and Lela Hingst, and Gerald and Mary Porter.
Survivors: Children: Austin Hingst, and Audrey Hingst of Fort Worth, TX; Partner/Wife Elizabeth Collins and son Christopher of Burleson, TX; Parents John and Linda Hingst, Sedgewick, KS; Siblings: Scott Hingst, Wichita, KS, Mary (Zach) McComas, David (Liz) Hingst, Newton, KS, Sarah (Nathaniel) Webb, Jackson, TN, Stacie (Justin) Cowdrey, Fairbanks, AK, Mark Hingst, Sedgwick, KS; 7 nephews, and 5 nieces.
