Richard Dan "Ricky" Holveck

Richard "Ricky" Dan Holveck passed away on Thursday morning, May 16, 2019 in the comfort of his home at the age of 69.
Ricky was born on January 25, 1950 in Waxahachie, Texas to RC and Mildred Holveck.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Julie Holveck, brother Glen and parents RC & Mildred Holveck.
Ricky was a proud Scout Master, passionate about everything he did especially music, fishing and his family. He enjoyed writing songs, playing guitar entertaining people and sharing stories of his life.
Those left to cherish his memory are is loving wife, Dee Ann Richey-Holveck; son Chris and Daughter Amy Holveck and her husband Corey Griffin; Denette Barbare & Husband Bobby; Debra Woolery and her husband Paul & Dana Richey, Brothers John Albert & his wife Linda Holveck, Norvell and his wife Sybil Holveck, sisters Peggy Holveck, Ann and her husband John Poug; Grandchildren Chance & Madison Holveck, ALara and Robert Holveck, Brady & Tiffany Woolery, Tyler & Cassidy Barbare, Corey, Dale & Brad Griffin. Great Grand Children Adallie, Jaxton, & Adeline.
Ricky also had his best friends for over 50 years Billy Kidd, Don Staneford, & Bill Ussery that will miss him dearly and we have to mention he was Cat Dad to his furry kids Wally & Scooter.
The celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church, 590 NE McAlister Rd., Burleson, Texas 76028.
In lieu of flowers in memory of Richard "Ricky" Dan Holveck donate to the First United Methodist Church in Burleson, where Ricky was a member.
