Joe was born on July 23, 1957 in California. He was a loving, caring father and a God fearing man. Joe was loving and very compassionate, considered the “favorite nephew” and had much love for his family.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Deanna Huckeba; mother, Jeannie Mae; sister, Janice Huckeba; cousin, Leeray Tidwell; uncle and aunt, Charles and Sara Tidwell.
Joe leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Francis Reiter; other family including, Frances and Alvin Carter, Donna Nail and the Nail Family, Rita and Tommy Bane, Charles Tidwell Jr. along with numerous other loving family and friends.
Rest in peace Joe, you will be missed dearly!
