Joel David Looney went to be with the Lord November 20, 2024.
Joel was born October 18, 1947, in Texarkana to Dillard Looney and Emma Guffey Looney. June 11, 1999, he married his love, Jo Carole Eison. Joel worked for Lockheed Martin and attended a methodist church. He enjoyed watching and playing golf and baseball as well as getting his hands dirty doing yardwork. His well-known saying was "Well that don't make sense".
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dillard and Emma Looney; sisters, Margaret and Lynn; brother, Pat.
Those left to cherish Joel's memory: his wife, Jo Carole; daughters, Anjanette and husband Jim Viviano, Christina Looney; son, David and wife Jill Looney; grandchildren, Hailey Viviano, Nathan and Riley Looney, Cole Looney; other family and special friends, Daniel Trias, Tino, Liz, Brandon Barrazo, Bill Edwards.
