Charles R. Jones, 62, passed away on Thursday, June 1st, 2017.
Graveside Service: 12 Noon Thursday, June 8th, 2017, at Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Charles Ray Jones departed this life on Earth Thursday, June 1st, 2017. Charles was born
October 7th, 1954 in Cleburne, Texas. Charles accepted Jesus Christ as his savior as a young adult. He had such a beautiful spirit that everyone could see. He was such a selfless man, husband, father, and friend. As a young child, Charles loved to play football and had a deep love for country and gospel music. He enjoyed singing his favorite songs by Elvis Presley and Willie Nelson. He loved his brothers and sister dearly. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 37 years and his precious daughter, but his love will remain in our hearts forever.
He was preceded in death by his sister Joann Jerauld, Daughter Jessica Jones- Bales, brother Walter Jones, and his parents EM and Gladis Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved wife, Lynda Jones of Arlington, Texas; daughter Alexus Jones-Williams; son-in-law James Williams of Desoto, TX, brother Mark Jones of Alvarado, TX., brother Tommy Jones, wife Janie Jones of Hurst TX. He also leaves behind his loving grandchildren, who he loved so much: Faith, Neveah, Matthew and Aalayah. He loved his nieces, cousins, nephews, friends and family members very much. I want to also give a special thank you to Tom and Pam Gee for their unconditional love and support during these hard times, and thank you to Uncle Mark and Amanda for standing by his side as he left this Earth. Pepaw you will truly be missed by us all.
Charles is survived by many loving family and friends who will miss him dearly.
