Dimple Junior

Dimple Ruth Junior, 84, went to be with our Lord on April 16, 2018.

Chapel Service: 11:00 am Friday at Skyvue Funeral Home in the Victoria Chapel. Visitation: 6:00-7:30 pm Thursday at Skyvue Funeral Home. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens.

Dimple spent her time on Earth as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Born in Sadler, Texas to Rosa Smith and Timothy Reed Smith. She married the love of her life, William Ben Junior on March 19, 1954 at Sadler Baptist Church in Sadler, Texas. They enjoyed 64 years of marriage. They had one son, Bob Junior, born May 15, 1956; her pride and joy.

Dimple worked for many years as a Sheriff's Bailiff for Tarrant County Government. Prior to her years in law enforcement, she managed several convenience stores.

Preceded in death by her husband, William Ben Junior; her parents, Rosa and Timothy Smith; eight siblings, Pearl Smith Cordell, Floyd Smith, Thelma Smith Simmons, Frank W. Smith, Roy Clifford Smith, Jesse Smith, Calvin C. Smith and Ola Fay Smith.

Those who cherish her memory include: Son, Bob Junior (Cathy); grandsons, Tommy Junior (Crystal), Billy Junior; granddaughter, Nicole Davis; great-grandchildren, Kailey, Haley, Aidan, Dylan Alexis, Brayden and Ella.

Dimple was a long time member of the South Park Baptist Church in Fort Worth. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all those around her.
