Peggy Kidd was born on January 4th, 1928 in Joplin, Missouri to June and Anna Tyler. She was preceded in death by her husband Jake Kidd, daughter Patricia Warner and 2 sons Vernon and Craig Hanes. She is survived by daughters Katherine “Kitty” Trimble, Claudia “Jr” Samuel, son, Jake Kidd, 8 grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
Peggy lived and worked in Mansfield, Texas and went by the nickname “Honey” given to her by family. She worked at the local Wal-Mart for 17 years and was loved by everyone. Even though she was small in stature she had a great big personality and didn’t have a problem telling you like it is. Honey was a proper lady. She always paid special attention to her appearance, ensuring her hair was fixed and her attire matched. She accessorized with a lot of jewelry and made sure her nails and toes were always painted. Sometimes her spunky personality would come out in the wild polish colors she would choose. Honey loved animals, especially her little dogs.
We will miss her, but glad she led a full and vibrant life.
