She graduated from high school in Donalsonville, Georgia and went on to make her home in Ansbach, Germany, the Panama Canal Zone, and Enterprise, Alabama, eventually settling in Arlington, Texas. Still, at heart, she was always a Georgia Peach. She worked as the manager of both Margie’s Dress Shop and Dillard’s Furniture Department in Arlington. She loved the Lord and was a member of Aldersgate Methodist Church. Pat was a beautiful ,classy lady who enjoyed keeping an immaculate home, cooking for her family, working in her cactus/rose garden, dancing with Ron, and gambling. Outgoing and friendly, she never met a stranger. If you had the privilege of meeting Pat, you will never forget her. She loved, and was loved, by all her family and will be dearly missed.
Pat is preceded in death by the love of her life, Ron Everling; parents, Jettie Lue and Joseph Carl Johnson; brothers, Brad, Luke, and Joe Johnson; sisters, Gladys Kroll and Ruthie Maxwell; great-grandson Nick Cullens.
