Linus Lawrence Larson

Linus Lawrence Larson, 53, passed away on March 22, 2023.
Linus was born August 9, 1969, in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota to Erwin Lawrence Larson and Ida Mae Derby Larson. He was a proud member of Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate - Lake Traverse Reservation. Linus graduated High School in 1989. He married Rosemary Armendarez Larson in Alvarado, Texas on October 3, 1998 He was a Truck Driver for 30 years and was currently employed at Pinnergy Limited Oil Field. He really enjoyed cars, watching western movies and relaxing in his recliner.

Visitation: to start at 4:00pm Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at San Gabriel Lutheran Church of Alvarado.
Funeral: 10 am Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at San Gabriel Church of Alvarado.
Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens

Linus is preceded in death by his parents, Erwin and Ida Mae Derby Larson; brother, Lawrence Larson; sister, Kennra Larson; father-in-law, Angel Reyna; one nephew, Lawrence Larson, Jr.

Survivors: wife, Rosemary Larson of Alvarado, Texas; daughter, Meagan Starr Larson and husband Jonathan Linares of Alvarado, Texas; sons, Victor Rey Armendarez and wife Alysha Nicole, and Erwin "Dakota" Larson all of Alvarado, Texas; sisters, Kathy Larson of Watertown, SD, Sharlene Larson of Sisseton, SD, Cher Larson of Watertown, SD and Lavonne Larson of Ortonville, MN; brothers, Terry Larson of Detroit Lakes, MN, Kerwin Larson of Sisseton, SD, Kevin Larson and wife Diantha of Sisseton, SD, Lorin Larson of Sioux Falls, SD; grandchildren, Zavyer James Armendarez, Victor D'Angelo Linares, Anthony Linares, Amiya Rose Armendarez and Jonathan Linares Jr.; 21 numerous nieces and nephews; one great nephew; close friend, Troy Goodsell "hunka brother" from Grand Prairie, TX.
