James C. "Butch" Leslie

James C. Leslie (Butch), of Grandview, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

He was born on December 29, 1948 in Roanoke, Virginia to James Hughes Leslie and Ruby June Leslie Porter.

James loved fishing and going to the casino. His caring spirit will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Debra G. Leslie; sons and their spouses, Jimmy and Wendy Ross, Jerry and Ginger Ross, James and Candice Leslie; sisters, Jane Carol, Joan Gail, Betty; brothers and their spouses, John and Nancy Leslie, David and Shelia Womack, Jimmy and Kay Womack; grandchildren, Toni, Carlos, Dillon, John, Jordon, Mikayla, Roman, J’me; great-grandchildren, Annarose, Jack; numerous nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Martha Bennett; sister and brother in law, Pamela and Jim Shaw; brother in law, Rickey Ross; and a special thank you to Heart to Heart Hospice of Cleburne Texas.
