Wendy Sue Low, 51, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday, November 19, 2018 at Skyvue Victoria chapel.
Funeral: 2 pm Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Skyvue Victoria chapel.
Memorial: In lieu of flower the family request that donations be made to Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.
Wendy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald and Adelle Elsing and Bill Shuppert
Survivors: Husband, William John Low; daughters, Kyri Alysa Low-Bingham and husband Brandon ,
Alexandra Kylie Presnell and husband Jordan ; mother, Jan Parks and husband Jim; father, Dennis Elsing and wife Shari; Brother, Brian Elsing; grandparent, Louise Shuppert; grandchildren, Kasen Jones, Addison Presnell and Tyler Presnell;
