Cynthia is preceded in death by her sister; Sylvia Gallegoz. She is survived by her loving husband; John Lowe Jr., son; Joshua Lowe, step-son; James Lowe, daughter; Jessica Lowe, step-daughters; Nancy Grinie and Andrea Lowe, brothers; Tommy Gallegoz and Eddie Gallegoz, 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
