FORT WORTH -- Cecil Wyatt Lyons, 73, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013.
Survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mary Anne; admiring son, David Lyons; loving daughter, Robin Deleon; siblings, Richard, Barbara, Carey, James and their spouses; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
