Funeral: Noon Thursday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 11 a.m. Thursday at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife, Maria Josie McCullough.
Survivors: Daughters, Shona Wray and husband, Wendell, Rita Gregory and husband, Dave, and Virginia Martinez; son, Bobby McCullough and wife, Jeanie; brothers, Dean, Gail and Tim McCullough; sister, Aleta Ann Thornton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
