Survivors: Wife, Ann Moore; children, Kym Moore, Keri Ejork and husband David, and Steve Moore and wife Lorie; brother, Carroll Moore; five grandchildren, Deri, Lane, Emily, Luke, and Savannah; step- children, April Cowan, Tonya Gines, and Becky Martin; step grandchildren, Tara, Ryan, Tyler, Haleigh, Amber, Samantha, Brandon, and Shawn; step great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Shay, Lacy, Hannah, Jake, Ethen, Micha, Taden, and Braeden.
