Judith E. Mowrer – Briggs passed away January 15, 2021 in Mansfield, Texas at the age of 82.
Judy was born January 12, 1939 in Steubenville, Ohio to Dewey William Briggs and Zilla Mildred McDonald Briggs. She met Jimmy Madison Mowrer in Washington Township, Ohio and they later married on July 23, 1956 in Tuscon, Arizona. They went on to have four children and were married for 50 years before Jimmy passed.
She loved jigsaw and crossword puzzles, getting her hair done on Thursdays and having lunch with family.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Madison Mowrer and their daughter Char Mowrer.
She is survived by her Sons, Kenny Mowrer, Jimmy Mowrer and his wife DeeDee; daughter, Karen Moore and her husband Joe; Nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren along with numerous other loving family and friends.
