Funeral: 10 am Friday, August 13, 2021 at Skyvue Funeral Home with burial to follow at Skyvue Memorial Gardens.
Brandon Owned Motorcycle shop Bike Life Powersports, and was member of Throttle Mob MC.
He loved riding motorcycles, going on the boat to the lake on Sundays, Doing Family Activities and Making his family happy. He always had the answer to anything.
Survivors: Wife, Socorro Offer, daughters, Kaydence Offer, Scarlett Offer and Sophia Flores; son, Rylan Offer; parents, Lori Lynn Smith and James Ross Offer; sister, Christina Smith ; niece, Adelyn Moneypenny and nephew, Kason Moneypenny
