Otto Haliburton has passed away on November 13, 2024, in Arlington, Texas, at the age of 81.

Otto was born on July 31, 1943, in Fort Worth, Texas to Otto Haliburton and Maeon Bailey Haliburton. Otto married Cathy Lynn Carter on August 19, 1974, in Tarrant County. He graduated with his bachelor's from the University of Texas at Arlington and was a computer programmer. 

He joined the US Army in 1967, and proudly served until 1969, earning several medals for his service.

Otto is preceded in death by his wife of almost 44 years, Cathy Lynn Haliburton; his parents, Otto and Maeon Haliburton; his sister, Carolyn Grant; his nephews, Otis Grant and Bobby Delon Davis; his brother-in-law, Bobby Davis.

Those left to cherish Otto's memory are his children, Tanya DeVito and Michael Haliburton; his sister, Sandra Davis; his brother, Kenneth Haliburton; his grandchildren, Joseph and Heather DeVito, Kaitlynn DeVito, Brianna DeVito, Jillian DeVito, Vivienne Haliburton, and Maxwell Haliburton; his nieces and nephew, Rathel Davis-Spivey, Monique Davis, Raena Williams, Saga Chism, and Jevon Davis; along with many great-nieces and nephews and family friends.
