March 17, 1974, Patrick was born to Billy Joe Deaver and Pamela Smith Deaver in Fort Worth, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Pamela Deaver.

Patrick is survived by his brother, Jon Deaver and wife DeeAnn, Ronnie Deaver and wife Michele; nieces, Raegan Deaver, Madison Deaver; nephews, Ronnie Deaver Jr., Ryan Deaver, Nathan Deaver, Nicholas Deaver; aunt, Melinda Munoz; cousins, Josh Simpson, Stephanie Myers.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
