Bobby Pettyjohn of Joshua, TX, formerly of White Settlement, TX passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022.
Visitation: 1:00-2:00pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Chapel Service: 2:00pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Bobby was born on January 27, 1950 in Texarkana, TX to Hubert and Annie Pettyjohn (Paris).
He graduated from high school and went on to serve in the US Army and was a proud Vietnam Veteran. Once he left the service, he worked as an electrician and a ranch hand. Bobby loved everything outdoors. Some of his favorite hobbies included fishing, hunting and horses.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Annie Pettyjohn; sister, Betty Rhodes.
He is survived by his sons, David Pettyjohn, Robert Pettyjohn; sisters, Belinda Collins and husband Jack; brother, Johnny Pettyjohn; grandchildren, Caleb, Anna, Ashley Pettyjohn; nieces, Lisa Raines, Tina Clark, Misty Powell, Tonya Keys, Jennifer Davis; nephews, Jody Pettyjohn, Roy Pettyjohn, Randy Collins; his best friend, Debi Freitag. The family would also like to extend a special thank you to One Point Hospice, Horizon Medical Equipment and all of his doctors and nurses for his care.
