Michael Shayne Pollard, 53, passed peacefully from this temporary home to his eternal home on Sunday, April 15, 2018 while in Aurora, CO. A visitation for family and friends will be held at Skyvue Funeral Home in Mansfield, TX on Thursday, April 26th 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and memorial service will be held immediately after at 5:00 p.m.
Shayne was born in Pascagoula, MI and lived most of his very colorful life in the Arlington, TX area. He married Anne Hickey on June 2nd 1984 with whom he shared five children. He was a mason by trade yet worked in many different professions during his time with us.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angel and father, Roy Pollard.
He will always be remembered by his mother Gerean Pollard; siblings, Frayne Pollard, Donovan Pollard, Melissa Stedman and husband Ronnie Stedman, Brandy Chenevert and husband John Chenevert, Brandon Pollard and wife Shannon Pollard; children, Nicole Caudle and husband Matthew Caudle, Aaron Pollard and wife Jehnessa Horton, Christopher Pollard, and Brooke McIver and husband Kyle McIver; and his grandchildren, Emma Caudle, Jayden Horton, Malaya Pollard and Oliver McIver; his cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as his many close friends.
