Aaron Alexander Preston was born January 14, 1991 in Ft. worth, Texas. He grew up in the Burleson and Keene, Texas area attending elementary school at Burleson Adventist Elementary for 9 years then Chisholm Trail Academy for 4 years. He was a student at Southwestern Adventist University majoring in Biochemistry.
He is survived by his parent’s, Wilson D. Preston of Crowley, Louisiana and Lynne McMahen Preston of Keene, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as many friends.
Growing up he enjoyed playing basketball, baseball and other sports. He loved music and enjoyed playing around on the piano, guitar and banjo. He was a philosopher and loved to read and write. He also loved debating many topics with his friends. His friends were his joy in life.
Though he did not know his life’s vocation yet, he sincerely loved the Lord and wanted to serve Him. He had come to love working with young people while at camp and was contemplating a future career in which he was involved with kids.
His many friends knew him to be a kind, fun and caring friend. He had a beautiful smile and infectious laugh and we will all miss him dearly. He would not want his friends to be sorry for him but would want them to know that he cared deeply and wanted for them all to be ready for the Lord’s coming. This had been his focus in the last months of his life.
