Patsy Jean Culps Randolph, 70, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Monday, October 9, 2017.
Memorial service: 6 pm, Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Patsy was a retired dispatcher for White Settlement Police Department , who loved traveling and spending time with her family.
