Reynaldo "Rey" Chavez, Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas passed away Friday, January 5, 2024, at the age of 37.

Rey was born on January 10, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas to Reynaldo Chavez, Sr. and Norma L. Ramirez.  He loved to BBQ with family, enjoyed cooking and hanging out with the family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Chavez, Sr.; grandparents, Raul and Maria Ramirez; great aunt, Maria Rangel; grandfather, Ramon Chavez; grandmother, Juanita Castillo; aunt, Mari Prieto.

Rey is survived by his mother, Norma L. Chavez; sister, Leticia Flores and her husband Dustin; nieces, Alize A. Ultreras and Nevaeh I. Flores; nephew, Adrian Ultreras, Jr.; uncles, Juan, Sergio, Raul and Jose Ramirez; aunts, Ayde G., Maria H., Cecilia L. along with numerous cousins and other loving family and friends.
