Teresa R. Sandoval went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Funeral: 9 am Saturday, in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Burial: Skyvue Memeorial Garden. Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday at Skyvue Victoria Chapel.
Teresa was born on December 31, 1944 in Corpus Christie, TX to Jose & Jesucita Rodriguez. Teresa and Alejandro Sandoval were married on August 3, 1963 in San Angelo, TX. Teresa received her Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Commerce. She was also accepted to the PhD program following graduation. Teresa taught Elementary school and was later the District Office Secretary for 14 years at the Southwest Latin American District of the Church of the Nazarene.
Teresa was a loving wife and mother and was a devout Christian who loved the Lord. Teresa loved sharing stories about the Bible and her family history.
Teresa is survived by her husband of 53 years Alejandro Sandoval, their children Wanda Estrada, Dan Sandoval and wife Misty, and Iris Lanuza and husband Jorge, along with 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Teresa was a bright light of faith and kindness and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her
