Wanda Sanford, 67, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Service: 11 a.m. Friday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Interment: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Wanda was born March 25, 1948, to George and Lucille Jenkins. She graduated from N.R. Crozier Technical High School in 1966. Wanda was a beloved nanny to Jeffrey, Matthew and Ryan Miller. Most recently she reared Kayden and Dylan Burk.
Survivors: Loving children, Marcus Sanford (Shelley) and Tracy Sanford; siblings, Danny Jenkins (Shirley), Johnny Jenkins (Gina), Viola Cooley (Monroe), Patricia Payne (John) and Barbara Clark (Freddy); grandchildren, Seth Sanford, Kelsey Sanford, David Mac Sanford and Sophie Groves; several nieces and nephews; her best friend, Noah; and many close friends.
